July 4th, 2025 - Burleson Lion's Independence Day Parade - 

Burleson, TX.


This is the home town parade we usually participate in. We are all signed up and will meet on SW Dian St. at 8 a.m. The parade starts at 9 a.m.  The plan is to hold our annual meeting after the parade at Old Texas Brewing Company at 112 W. Ellison St. in Old Town Burleson. All past and present members are invited to attend along with family members.  Please email us at arrowheadmvpa@gmail.com if you are participating in the parade or coming to the Brewhouse for lunch so we can save you a place.

July 5, 2025 - Magnificent Warbird Airshow - Tyler, TX


Magnificent Warbird Expo Saturday, July 5th brings the thrilling sights and sounds of live flight demonstrations to TX aviation fans at Tyler Pounds Regional Airport this July. Watch in awe and feel the rumble in your chest, as pilots tear up the skies over Tyler with dramatic flight maneuvers - engines roaring.

In addition to the range of flight demos, visitors will enjoy the festval-of-flight atmosphere, as they explore the full event site, taking in aircraft displays, aviation activities and other available amenities.

July 5, 2025 - Texas Military Forces Museum Hands on History

 Event - Austin, TX


The Texas Military Forces Museum is hosting an evening Hands on History event from 6 pm to 9 pm on Saturday, July 5th. The event is on the Camp Mabry base which requires current ID to gain access to. This is a fantastic museum with all kinds of historic military vehicles on display.

November 11, 2025 - Veteran's Day events


More information to come. We are invited to the Tarrant County Veterans Day Parade in Fort Worth on the morning of Tuesday, November 11th and the Texas Veterans Day Parade in Arlington in the afternoon.
